Japon otomotiv devi Toyota, sürücü sarhoş olduğunda otomatik olarak duran bir otomobil geliştireceğini açıkladı.

Asahi Şimbun gazetesinin haberine göre, otomobilin içine yerleştirilen alıcılar kandaki alkol oranını ölçmek üzere sürücünün ellerindeki teri tahlil edecek. Oran yüksekse otomobil çalışmayacak.

Sürücünün göz hareketleri ve göz bebekleriyle, kurallara uyup uymadığını da inceleyecek olan bu yeni sistem, sürücünün sarhoş olduğu sonucuna varırsa otomatik olarak otomobili yavaşlatacak, hatta durdurabilecek.

Toyota, bu yeni aracı 2009'da piyasaya sürmeyi planlıyor.

Nissan gibi Toyata'nın rakipleri de alkollü araç kullanımıyla mücadele için yeni sistemler üzerinde çalışıyor.

güzel fikir ama bu olay maliyeti artıracağına göre pek çok kişi kendisi için almayacaktır. Ama makam arabası için alınması gayet uygun.

güzel bir çalışma ama buradan şu sonuç çıkıyor ki 2009 da Türkiye de Toyota rağbet görmeyecek :) Kim alır ki bunu çok komik ancak tüm arabalarda mecbur tutulacak bir sistem olursa o daha mantıklı olur.
